Pursuant to the authorization granted at the Company’s 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting, Raytac will further reinforce cross regional collaboration and service flexibility across its organization, building upon its existing operational structure to improve international operational efficiency and customer engagement capabilities.
Within this framework, Raytac Corporation (Taiwan), together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, abietec Inc. (Taiwan) (www.abietec.com) and Raytac Corporation (USA) (www.raytac.com), will expand coordinated global business activities and service channels. This initiative is intended to provide customers with increased flexibility in commercial engagement and enhanced localized support across key markets.
This initiative reflects an enhancement of the Company’s global operational collaboration and service model and does not involve any change to the Company’s operating structure or core business operations.
Raytac and abietec will continue to manufacture its products in Taiwan under its established quality and supply chain management framework, while evaluating opportunities in additional locations to further enhance operational flexibility in response to evolving global market conditions.
